I don't understand why so many people are complaining about the firmware. The phone had no problems at all from the beginning when I got the device.

I did update the firmware two times (one for each time a firmware was released) and I don't notice any improvements either.

Well, based on my experience with the Nokia E90, Touch Pro2, HTC HD2, Apple iPhone 3G, Sony Ericsson Xperia X1, and the Nokia N95, I really think this is the best phone out of all of them.
